In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Civil Servant Act. 1974, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules, namely:

Short title, application and commencement,

(1) These rules may be called the Revised Leave Rlues, 1981.

(2) They shall apply to all civil servants other than those who were employed before the first dat of July, 1978 and opted not to be governed by the Revision of Leave Rules issued under the Finance Department Circular Letter No. FD.SR-III-1-85/78 dated 5th November, 1978.

Compendium 2008 TA Rules

In exercise of the powers confered by Section 23 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act. 1974, the Governor of the Punjab is pleased to make the following rules, namely 'Punjab Travelling Allowance Rules'.
They shall come into force at once
The Travelling Allowance Rules in force in the Punjab immediately before the coming into force of these rules shall stand rescinded

Subject: DEPUTATION POLICY

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to say that in supersession of all previous policy instructions on the subject, the following standard terms and conditions shall be made applicable in case of officers/officials working on deputation against the post under Autonomous Bodies of the Punjab irrespective of the fact whether the deputation is a Federal or Provincial Government's employee:

1- PAY AND ALLOWANCE

Pay and allowances as admissible in his present department from time to time under the Government rules.

2- DEPUTATION ALLOWANCES

Deputation Allowances @ 20% of the Basic Pay of deputation

3- RESIDENTIAL ACCOMODATION

He is entitled to House Rent Allowance as admissible under the Punjab Government Rules provided he is no already residing in a Government owned accomodation. If accomodation is provided it will subject to normal deduction of 5% of...........

In continuation of this Department's Policy letter of even number dated October 20, 2014, the Chairman District Recruitment Committee/District Coordination Officers are requested to finish double copy of advertisement for recruitment of Educators under Recruitment Policy 2014 for vetting from the Department prior to publishing in daily Newspaper.

The rationalization of Markiz and Schools in the Tehsil shall be completed and notified by the district on or before 26-11-2014 after observing all codal formalities as per Recruitment Policy 2014 and submit the said notification to the Department alogwith the advertisement......
